In the world of semiconductors, the smallest particle or contaminant in the production process can compromise the quality of the final product. Materials, purity processes as well as cleanliness are of paramount importance. EVCO offers its expertise and its products adapted to environments requiring impeccable purity. To develop these products, we have an ISO 14644-1 class ISO 7 clean room. Dynalast® SC grades are suitable for the most complex semiconductor manufacturing processes, where regular contact with oxygen and fluorine plasma treatments is a prerequisite. During these treatments, the weight loss of Dynalast® SC is minimal, which reduces particulate and gaseous emissions.
